Track Arrow license key

Track Arrow is licensed per server. The key is issued in your account on trackarrow.io and stored in the tracker.

Activate the key

1. Buy or renew a plan at trackarrow.io.
2. Copy the license key from Licenses.
3. For a new server, on the same Licenses page click Generate License Token and copy the value that starts with ta_. You will export it as LICENSE_TOKEN together with LICENSE_KEY. If Active IP is still “not activated”, click the regenerate icon next to the token to mint a new ta_ value. After a server is linked, click Unlink first.
4. In the tracker, open the license dialog (banner or Change license key) and paste it. The key is four groups of four characters: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. To install a new server, export the same key as LICENSE_KEY and copy Generate License Token as LICENSE_TOKEN (starts with ta_) before you run the installer — install only proceeds when the subscription is active.

The tracker shows a masked copy of the saved key (first and last group only), for example 51A7-****-****-62EA. On desktop, open the avatar menu in the top-right. On a phone, open the menu (☰) — the same plan card is pinned at the bottom of the sidebar. The card shows Starter, Professional, or Master, the masked key (Key: 51A7-****-****-62EA), the next subscription date (Renews), and Upgrade (trackarrow.io pricing) when the edition is below Master. Click the login name for Account.

The tracker verifies the key with the license server. A valid key is bound to this server’s IP. Moving the tracker to a new IP may require a reset from support or your account (when the product allows it).
